My experience at Johnsons Mazda Oxford was positive because service was good- booking in for followup work too long wait so went elsewhere

My experience at Johnsons Mazda Oxford could have been better because the women on reception didn’t have a clue, she kept telling that I did have a service plan, the manager found me on the system, was never informed on the progress of my MOT even when it went over time and When I asked why it was taken so long, well her attitude was poor. I was late for work and missed a vital meeting at my company expense.

The staff at Johnsons Mazda Oxford were good because they were very freindly, good communication and gave a very good customer experience overall.

Booked my car for servicing and everything was smooth and accurate as usually as Ms Suzie it’s such a happy,positive,knowledgeable.kind and patient person I’ve ever met,she is a real asset to your company and she clearly deserve to be in a higher position in your company. She made me feel comfortable and she is paying attention to every detail. Thank you Ms Suzie!
